Zircomat Stack Oxygen Analyzers
The measurement of excess oxygen to improve energy efficiency is well documented and largely responsible for reduced fuel consumption common in power plants, refineries and automobiles.
ZIRCOMAT oxygen analyzers are supplied in various configurations, each with unique features to suit a wide variety of combustion control applications.
Proven Detector
At the heart of each configuration is the Zircomat detector, which can easily be detached from the probe while the probe remains in the stack, thus making maintenance very easy. Zircomat detectors have proven their reliability in applications world-wide for over 20 years. Superior measurement performance combined with rugged and compact design have made our detector the instrument of choice in many applications where other detectors have failed.

Probes for Different Requirements
The detector mounts on the 4" RF#150 flanges of a variety of different probe types, accomodating the many different requirements of a wide variety of applications. The probe types are summarized in the table below. All configurations have in common, that they can remain in place while detectors are replaced.
Zircomat probes have been particularly successful in difficult applications, where dirt, dust or high temperature make the measurement difficult.

Transmitters
The Zircomat transmitters are field proven instruments offering a rich feature set: programmable alarms and isolated 4-20 mA outputs, programmable range selection, selectable memory hold, diagnostic alarms and fully automatic calibration and probe cleaning cycles, just to mention a few.
Zircomat transmitters are available in single channel (ZRM) and multi-channel execution (ZRN). Model ZRN can measure up to eight channels, and has full averaging capabilities. making it suitable for power plant applications. Additionally, for low budget requirements, we offer our model ZRY, with a reduced feature set
